The easiest meal ever. And delicious. So it’s a win win. This was first dinner then I had some chicken later. I’m trying to eat about 6 times a day. It’s actually a lot easier than I thought

Apple infused iced tea
I know I already posted a peach tea, but fruit teas are just amazing for summer. It like sangria, but no alcohol. Also I had more things for breakfast, I just forgot to take a picture and I was holding this as I was running out the door so of course I did a quick photo shoot.
Chicken breast and edamame
I needed something quick and easy. I buy the frozen edamame and just put it in the microwave and I’m all set. It’s amazing.
Eggs, avocado, and tuna
Just a good breakfast. Avocados are my favorite right now and this was just a well rounded breakfast
Egg and avocado
Simple breakfast. I’m trying to eat smaller meals more often. Hence why this is so tiny. It easier than I thought. I just need to have food on me all the time.
Banana, nectarine, protein bar, string cheese, earl grey with peach
Just a standard quick breakfast. I was in a hurry and grabbed the first things I could find. Pretty good id say.
Earl grey tea with lime
I’m not sure if it’s much of a snack but a refreshing beverage on my break at work. And the mason jar just makes it looks cute.
I tried eating a half a watermelon but it was too much. But super yummy. I just went at it with a spoon. Nothing better on a summer day.

Of course I can answer. I just microwaved the sweet potato in a towel for like 5 minutes or until it’s soft. And yea I would just heat them up. It worked pretty well. No molding. But I’ve never done a meal prep for more than about a week and a half in advance. They keep well in tightly sealed containers. And thank you so much! The means a lot.
banana and egg pancakes with maple syrup
these were literally only a banana and two eggs. thats amazing, and healthy. how does that happen? but it does kind of taste like french toast, which is fine to me. i added some cinnamon and it was a great breakfast. these don’t look pretty because i think i didn’t mash the banana as well as i should have and i didn’t have baking powder, but i know for next time.
carrot, cucumber, bean sprout, cilantro, green onion, and crab summer rolls
these are amazing. i actually made these all by myself. with my mom telling me exactly what to do, but its seriously so easy and so yummy. also my mom got really into my pictures, so the reason it looks nicer than usual is because she got to have a say in it.
Not really food related, but I did the dirty girl mud run this weekend and it was amazing. Since this is a healthy blog, this is a fun and healthy way to get some exercise and get dirty with some friends. Everyone should roll around in some dirt once in a while
Ps. Our team was the Pawnee goddesses. From parks and rec. It was great.
