Banana, grape, blueberry, and raspberry protein shake
I always wondered why people didn’t put grapes in their smoothies. It’s because the skin of the grape like doesn’t blend and it’s all hard and annoying. Lesson learned. Overall a good lunch. Small but I have no time. I have a lot going on which means no time to eat or go to the gym or sleep.
Green beans, chicken, French bread and cheese
So yes standard. And some bread as a treat for me. I have a strong love of bread. But yea. I’m taking a week off of the gym. This semester is a really heavy workload but as long as I eat right I should be fine right?

I wanted a warm breakfast today. So I did this. It was quite enjoyable if I do say so myself. And of course a nice up of tea. Although today I feel like I need a coffee
Portabella mushrooms, chicken, and lettuce
My attempt of using Portabella mushrooms as buns to a chicken sandwich. While it was delicious, it was incredibly messy to eat. Maybe I’ll just do one mushroom next time.

Can never hurt to eat more vegetables right? Just had a craving for some salad so I made a big ass bowl of salad.

Tries out juicing. I didn’t really like it. Not really my thing but at least I tried. Maybe once in a while but I was considering a juice cleanse. Like for a week but I don’t think I would make it.
