avocado and egg with strawberries, blueberries, and strawberries.
so i was trying to make a baked egg inside an avocado but it was taking too long and i wasn’t having it. so i cooked the egg and mashed it together. i dont know what it is about avocado but it fills me up so quickly and it’s so delicious.
Eggs with green onion and tomatoes with cottage cheese and black berries
A very filling breakfast. I wasn’t hungry all morning. I’m really starting to like cottage cheese. I used to think it was really gross but it’s goes great with fruit.
Lunch meal prep
I did this on Monday and forgot to post it. So I made my Lunches for the week. It saves me a lot of time. And I control my portions. Woot! I tried to make them different so I wouldn’t get tired of it. So here’s what’s in them
1. Asparagus, sweet potato, and chicken
2. Broccoli, sweet potato and chicken
3. Tuna, broccoli, and quinoa
4. Ground beef, broccoli, and quinoa
finally bought some salmon. and i overcooked it a little but i still enjoyed it. and the yogurt is a treat because i needed something sweet. trying to treat myself with healthy things rather than chocolate. it’s not the same but i can do it.
i thought id share (ignore the alcohol). So i went to a food co-op that is by my apartment and it was great. all the produce is locally grown so it is the epitome of fresh. im going on a “cleanse” but not really. im going to eat my normal breakfast, a healthy lunch (a protein and a vegetable, maybe some fruit of grains) then for dinner im going to only drink juice. so al my dinner will be liquid. im not sure how this will go, but i am just a big healthy kick especially with the weather so nice, i can’t help it. it feels like spring is here.
so since i am now on spring break i needed to get rid of some food, so i juiced them and its surprisingly delicious. so i’m just sipping on this and on tumblr till i go to work, i go home tomorrow and i’m so excited.
